Here at Hughes Marketing & Design, I will strive to become your go-to person for your business needs. I want to give you the opportunity to use my services over time and on your own schedule. Includes Social Media Management; however, does not include $100/per platform set up fee.
WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR A RETAINER?
Retainer clients come first! As my retainer client, you will receive top priority when it comes to projects.
No agreements to sign for individual projects and there is no per-project cost.
Discounted design rates.
HOW DO I PAY?
The full retainer amount is due at time of agreement signing. As my services are used, the time will be deducted from the pre-paid retainer. All work that is performed is then itemized after each project is completed - to show usage.
WHAT ABOUT LEFTOVER HOURS OR OVERAGES?
I will do my absolute best to ensure that you stay up-to-date on the status of your hours. In the end it is your responsibility to make sure the hours you paid for are used within the monthly time frame.
Any unused hours at the end of the month will be forfeited, unless the package you select accommodates for rollover of any unused hours up to a pre-determined amount.
For example, if you have a 10 hour retainer, but you end up needing 15 hours worth of work in a month, you will be billed an additional 5 hours at the same rate as the retainer - not a normal bill rate. Additionally, if you have the 30 hours retainer package but only use 27 hours, you can rollover those 3 remaining hours to the next month.
